ABSavage Bug Reporting Policy and Reward Program

ABSavage Inc, ("Company") is dedicated to providing a high-quality, seamless experience for our users through our iOS app and web app. We understand that occasionally, users may encounter bugs or issues within our applications. To maintain our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we have established the following Bug Reporting Policy and Reward Program.

1. Reporting Bugs

If you encounter a bug or an issue in our workout programs or applications, we encourage you to report it to our customer support team. To submit a bug report, please send an email to support@absavage.com with the following information:
a) Your name and email address associated with your account.
b) A clear and detailed description of the bug or issue.
c) Any relevant screenshots or screen recordings that demonstrate the bug or issue.
d) The steps to reproduce the bug, if applicable.

2. Reward for Reporting Bugs

As a token of our appreciation for your efforts in helping us improve our applications, if you submit a valid bug report, you will receive a 2-month free extension of your subscription. This reward is applicable for both monthly and annual subscribers.
Please note that to qualify for the reward:
a) The bug must not have been previously reported by another user.
b) The bug must be considered significant enough by our development team to warrant a fix or an update.
c) The bug must be directly related to our workout programs, iOS app, or web app and not be caused by external factors, such as device or network issues.

3. Reward Distribution

Once your bug report is received and verified by our team, we will credit your account with a 2-month free extension of your subscription. The extension will be applied at the end of your current billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the reward once it has been applied to your account.

4. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Bug Reporting Policy and Reward Program at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website and/or iOS app. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
